One of the challenges they face is to retain recurring customers and get new customers from digital channels.

Fooyo worked with KFC&Pizzahut on a Chinese New Year campaign in Singapore in 2019. Within 19 days, more than 150k participants in the campaign via their mobile app. It not only improve the brand awareness, but also helped engage with their customers.
These campaigns are especially helpful in various scenarios, ranging from holidays, seasonally activities to new product launches. When more campaigns are executed, the data analysis part can also play an important role to help F&B owners to make decisions, such as customer segment analysis and new product market fit analysis, etc.
